Unravel is a Christ-centered book/workbook helping people work through their unhealed wounds and learn healthy ways of coping with life and relationships in this fallen world. Understanding why you do the things you do brings increased clarity and the opportunity for personal growth.
We all want to be the best version of ourselves without the weight of our mistakes and the traumas we’ve endured. Working through the pages of Unravel will help you become a better spouse, parent, friend, and family member – most importantly, it will help you like yourself and find your purpose.
Topics include: forgiveness, guilt, shame, fear, abuse, pride, boundaries, people-pleasing, purpose, codependency, mother/father wounds, personal responsibility, your identity in Christ, and much more.
Scripture is woven through each mile to help you get to the heart of the God who loves you and takes you into a deeper relationship with Him. Unravel can be done on your own or with a group. In a group setting, you will develop real and lasting friendships, the type that God always intended for us.
I’ve been married for nearly 20 years to my husband Bill. We have 3 kids – one is an adult, one is in high school, and one is in middle school. They are the JOY of my life. We’ve been homeschooling since before it was cool. If there is any such thing as a bible study junkie, that is definitely me. I am also a coffee addict who loves Thai food. T-shirts and jeans make up the majority of my closet. And, I love quiet time at home on the back patio – #proudintrovert.
I gave my heart to Jesus as a little girl at summer camp, got baptized as a teenager, and found my purpose as an adult. Teaching and helping others wade through the pain they’ve been through to uncover their true selves is my passion. My story is a mix of really painful chapters, incredibly joyful ones, and everything in between mixed in. Through every chapter God has proven Himself to be faithful in my life. The wisdom and the lessons I’ve learned are what I share here with others to help them find their way.
